St. Stephen’s University, NB had the privilege of conferring the Degree of Doctor of Divinity honoris causa on Brian and Peri Zahnd at Ephesus (April 2024).

The ceremony was located in the altar area of the ruins of the Church of Mary, the site of the 3rd Ecumenical Council in 431 AD.
