Personal Study Guide

You can download the personal study guide in two different formats. But please be patient, it may take a few moments. To do so, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have the reader, click the Adobe logo below to download it for free.

1. Booklet format (PDF, 812kb) This version can be printed and bound into a booklet as follows:

• Download the document.
  
• Open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader,
  
• Print pages 1-10.
  
• Put those pages back into your printer and print pages 11-20 on the back side.
  
• Print page 21 on stiffer paper as your cover.
  
• Fold, put two staples down the middle, and trim edges as desired.
  

2. Letter-sized format (PDF, 428kb) This version can be printed out as is and stapled in the top, left-hand corner.
